DS Beauty Wardrobe allow exchange on sold items based on the following terms & condition. At DS Beauty Wardrobe, we accept returns for the following reasons :

• An incorrect item
• A defective item

Please note that we do not accept returns if the size doesn’t fit you as measurements are clearly stated on the website. Items on limited time promotions or purchased within the Sale section are not returnable.

Customers must contact us within 2 working days upon receiving their parcel and all returns should be done within an additional 10 working days from the above date.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale. We reserve the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn’t meet above conditions.
